The Library is open to all students, faculty and school staff.

Reference and loans
Resources cover the School's main fields of teaching and research:
- mathematics,
- information technology and networks,
- electronics and physics,
- signal and image processing,
- communications and telecommunications,
- economics and humanities.
The library contains mainly monographs, research and congress reports and thesis dissertations. About 15 000 bibliographical notes and 20 000 books are thus available.
Magazines
can be consulted on site. Scientific magazines, specialised magazines, multidisciplinary press, local and international press. The school has taken out subscriptions to 500 periodicals and about 300 magazines. All of these magazines can be consulted on the spot.
The foreign languages media centre
Students and Telecom ParisTech employees who wish to independently improve their knowledge of foreign languages and cultures can do so at the foreign languages section of the media centre. Apart from a multimedia lab for tutoring in French as a foreign language for those new to France,
- international press,
- dictionaries,
- learning method kits,
- CD-Roms,
- and foreign language novels and literature can be found.
Resources on languages and cultures around the world and on intercultural communication are also available.
