The association that manages the student housing for Télécom ParisTech students is called Maison des Élèves (nicknamed “la Maisel”).
Our residences boast a total of 526 spots, some of which are mere seconds away from the school, others less than 10 minutes away, within the most beautiful campus in the capital city. These rooms are assigned based on vacancies and on the priorities defined by the bylaws of the Association. All rooms are eligible for rental subsidies, and you may stay in an individual room, or opt to save by sharing a studio for two.
Art the fall of 2019, Télécom ParisTech and its student housing move to Palaiseau, on the new campus of Paris-Saclay. Housing opportunities in student residences will be offered to our students. Additional information will be available late February/early March.

Students will receive a housing application form to fill out as soon as they receive confirmation of their admission. This form should be returned to the Maisel as quickly as possible, and do not delay your online enrolment as it must also be completed for the housing application to be taken into account.
Once the rooms have been assigned, according to vacancies and the priorities defined by the bylaws of the Maison de Élèves, the student will receive a housing confirmation e-mail specifying one of the 5 residences. The Maisel is in charge of assigning a residence and room to each student, taking into account student preferences as well as vacancies at the time of arrival.
Individual applications from Télécom ParisTech students who do not have priority access to accommodation may also be sent to Maisel. These requests may be fulfilled if there are any vacancies.
